When KYSCI becomes aware of an organized group of young sportsmen and sportswomen who need assistance in a conservation program, wildlife habitat project, hunter education training, firearm safety program, or the like, their leaders can submit an application for assistance.  The Board then reviews the request and takes appropriate action.
